A few years ago, we took and epic sailing adventure with friends in the BVIs. The blues in the Caribbean water are endless and of course captivate my eye. One evening, we had a particularly delicious sunset off the island of Anegada. The sunset reflection was like gold on fire in endlessly blue water.
Anegada Sunset is 30” x 40”. The gold is a light layer of transparent metallic. The piece is framed in a natural wood frame and will be part of my WaterStory solo show at 78th St. Studios in January.
