Splashes are a moment in time. Finite but transitioning. Something that can’t be controlled.
Working with clear “moving” water, I place watercolor pigment in places to move with the water and create the energy of the splash.
Big Splash will be one of the centerpieces of my solo show, “Waterstory”, opening January 17th at 78th St. Studios in Cleveland. Available for purchase pre-show but with the request to hang it at my show noted as part of a private collection.
This 30”x 40” piece is painted on 400gm cold press paper and is framed in natural wood gallery frame, ready to hang.
