I was snorkeling in a kelp forest.
At first, it wasn’t comfortable for me - I’m a bit claustrophobic, being “deep” underwater and surrounded gives me an edgy feeling.
But when I let my mind stop worrying so much about what could happen,
And I just swayed with the tall kelp fronds,
I relaxed.
It was meditative.
This piece is a 12” x 16” watercolor painted on cold press paper, on board, varnished and framed in a wood float frame, ready to hang.
