Someone recently asked why my art is all about "flow," and suggested I must be under a lot of stress to need that much relief.
Fair question. I have my share of stressful days like anyone else.
But for me, flow isn't about running away from anything.
It's a different current of energy that moves between the heavier moments, and you can't have one without the other.
Flow is my chance to be present and to appreciate the moment the intent behind it.
It isn't an escape.
It's a gathering of energy.
And my energy defines my day.
